About Us
Proverbs 2:26
"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."
Train Station Foundation (TSF) was founded in 2023 by Areva Neely and Cassidy Schells with a vision to support homeschool families in our local community. We exist to partner with parents in nurturing children from the earliest grades through high school equipping them academically, spiritually, and practically for life’s journey.

Vision
TSF envisions a future where children are equipped not only academically but also emotionally and spiritually, prepared to thrive in all aspects of their lives. Our goal is to create a learning environment where each child is valued, supported, and nurtured, offering a combination of structured education with flexible, homeschool-inspired learning methods.

What We Do
-
For our K-5 learners, TSF offers a biblically grounded, academic curriculum that is hands-on, engaging, and built to help students grow in both knowledge and character. We integrate Christian values into every lesson and encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
-
For middle and high school students, we provide life skills training, college and career readiness support, mentoring, and guidance helping teens clarify their goals, develop key competencies, and prepare for their future paths.

Our Story
Founded by Areva Neely and Cassidy Schells in 2023, aiming to support middle and high school students with career and college readiness in their local community. Whether students have a clear vision of their goals but lack knowledge about the necessary steps, or they are unsure about their aspirations and require guidance and choices, we are here to help. Train Station Foundation ultimate goal is to ensure that young individuals recognize their purpose in life, as they are cherished by God.

TSF acknowledges the obstacles that students encounter during their middle and high school years, such as peer influence, the need to acquire life skills, and making decisions about their future. To ensure effective support, TSF strives to help students overcome these challenges, as a lack of knowledge can hinder their personal development and achievements.
Our program aims to prepare students not only for college and career readiness but also to lead fulfilling lives aligned with their divine calling. The TSF culture acknowledges that each individual has a unique path determined by God. Therefore, it is crucial for our middle and high school students to understand three essential aspects. Firstly, they should be aware that God loves them unconditionally. Secondly, they should recognize that they have a specific purpose in life. Lastly, they need to understand that comparing themselves to others is detrimental to their personal growth, as it hinders the realization of their full potential.
