We equip young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed both academically and personally and ensure they are prepared to live out their purpose. Career and College Readiness

At TSF, we hold the belief that success can be achieved through various pathways. These pathways include attending a 4-year university, enrolling in a 2-year community college, joining the military, obtaining certification in a trade, pursuing entrepreneurship, or directly entering the workforce. We strongly advocate for exploring all available options in order to fulfill one's God-given purpose, as there is no singular path to success.

Life Skills

Middle and high school students can acquire essential life skills through our workshops, equipping them with the necessary tools for success in their personal and academic endeavors. Our curriculum covers a range of practical skills, including financial literacy and time management, which will prove valuable for years to come. Additionally, our college and career readiness workshops empower students to explore potential opportunities and foster the self-assurance needed to pursue their aspirations.

Community Service

We are dedicated to creating chances for young people to engage in community service and give back to their city. Our goal is to inspire active involvement and motivate students to make a positive impact in their communities. Through their participation in community service, we strive to nurture values like empathy, compassion, and social responsibility in our students.

Mental Health Awareness

We believe in focusing on the whole child, which includes mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our mental health and wellness programs provide a safe and supportive environment for students to talk about their struggles and learn healthy coping mechanisms. We offer a range of resources and activities, including mindfulness exercises, therapy sessions, and peer support groups.
